2012 Race Season Sponsorship Package

Gulf Coast Karters, Inc. (GCKI) of Katy Texas is one of the finest member-owned, non profit, family oriented kart clubs in Texas.  GCKI had over 780 entries in our kart races in 2011 and an estimated 2000 visitors to our events during the race season.  We are confident that GCKI sponsorships will be a valuable use of your advertising dollars.  Serving the South Texas area for over 40 years, GCKI is home to some of the nation’s top national and international drivers!

GCKI is host to the following exciting Series in 2012:

• GCKI Spring Series (8 races in 2012)
• Regional Series (6 races in 2012)
• GCKI Fall Series (8 races in 2012)
• Texas Mini Grand Prix (TMGP)

GCKI would like to invite your company to join the excitement of the 2012 racing season by becoming a sponsor!  With over 20 race classes running year-round on our .7 mile, 11  turn,  super smooth asphalt sprint track, your company name will be viewed by the many drivers and spectators attending our racing events, visiting our website, and seeing any of our series trophies and promotions!

Sponsorship packages are $250 for a GCKI Sponsor, $500 for a Class Sponsor and $1500 for a Series Sponsorship that will put your company’s name in the middle of all of the 2012 action.  Sponsorship packages are as follows:

• GCKI Sponsor - $250 per season. These sponsors will be recognized for their contributions on the GCKI Website and include 6 feet of fence advertising space.
• GCKI Class Sponsor - $500 per class per season. A Class Sponsor will be recognized on the website and their name included on year end awards for the class.  These sponsors are named whenever the class is discussed ie “sponsor”’s TAG Senior Class.  Class sponsors have preferential access to one 10’ wide pit space within the front 40’ at GCKI race events till 10 am.  2 - 6 foot fence advertising spaces are available for GCKI Class Sponsors.
• GCKI Series Sponsor - $1500 per series. (two available per year) Series Sponsors are recognized on the website and names will be included on all series race trophies and year end awards.  Series Sponsors will be named whenever the class is discussed ie GCKI Fall Series by “sponsor”.  Series sponsors have preferential access to three 10’ wide pit spaces in the front 40’ at all 2012 GCKI race events till 10 am.  4 - 6 foot fence advertising spaces are available for GCKI Series Sponsors.

• Company logo in all our GCKI membership correspondence, sent out to our 150+ members
• Company name and logo on the GCKI web site www.racekarts.com with a prominent link to your site for all visitors to see and visit. The GCKI website is one of the oldest karting websites on the internet. In 2011, the website logged over 31K unique visitors, 21K first time vistors, 10K return visitors and over 66K page loads.
