Changes are occurring in Membership and Accounting. Bill and Becky Choice have been working diligently to rework and streamline our accounting system. They converted the books from Peachtree to Quickbooks and have been working very hard to get everything up to date. The books for the GCKI fiscal year 2009 are now up and running and Bill is working very hard to simplify our processes. For example this Sunday, credit cards will be swiped during registration processed immediately. We have purchased an air card for GCKI and we will be able to process payments, update mylaps, check the weather, and even go LIVE using our timing system if we want. Bill and Becky have spent tremendous numbers of hours working on all of this and our GCKI members and racers owe them a huge Thank You.
