Race Registration
Registration on raceday is open from 9:00 AM until 11:45 AM. Participants are required to complete a GCKI Race Registration Form and a Tech Inspection/Driver Contract. These forms are available by clicking on the link provided below:

The correct proceedure for FAST registration is:
- Fill out both forms completely.
- YOU MUST HAVE YOUR KART INSPECTED FIRST!!! Take your kart to Tech Inspection, along with completed forms, for inspection of your kart.
- Tech inspector will sign off completed tech forms and return the forms to you.
- Deliver the completed forms to the Registration office (in the Clubhouse building).
- Complete a 2008 Minors release form for all minors in the pits
- Sign the Release form list for all non-minors in the pits
- Receive arm bands for drivers and pit crew
- Race hard, race safe and HAVE FUN!
GULF COAST KARTERS RACE SERIES: GCKI members and visiting members presenting current membership cards from other sprint kart clubs recognized by GCKI will pay a fee of $40.00 (Including Driver's Pit Pass) for each class entered. All other participants will pay a fee of $75.00 (Including Driver's Pit Pass) for each class entered. Entry fees will not be refunded after the close of registration.
Other GCKI sanctioned races and/or series at our facility, including, but not
limited to, SOUTHWEST REGIONS CUP (SWRC), are
managed by the series rules.
Pit Passes are required for anyone entering the Pit Area of the track. Pit Passes are available at Registration (or at the Concession Stand after Registration is closed) for $5.00 per person. Children UNDER 5 YEARS OLD will receive a Pit Pass at no charge.
