2024 Race Season Sponsorship Package

Gulf Coast Karters, Inc. (GCKI) of Katy, Texas, is one of the finest member-owned, family oriented nonprofit karting clubs in Texas. GCKI has had an average of over 800 entries per year in our kart races over the last three years and over 5000 visitors to our events during that time. We are confident that GCKI sponsorships will be a valuable use of your advertising dollars. Serving the South Texas area for over 45 years, GCKI is home to some of the nation’s top national and international drivers!
GCKI Activities Scheduled for 2024:
- Greater Houston Race Series (7 races)
- Enduro Race (1 race)
- Texas Mini Grand Prix (TMGP) (5 races)
- Memerbship use of the track and facilities (throughout the year)

Sponsorship packages are as follows:
- GCKI Silver Sponsor - $500 per year. These sponsors will be recognized for their contributions on the GCKI Website and include 6 feet of fence advertising space.
- GCKI Gold Sponsor - $1,000 per year. These sponsors will be recognized on the GCKI website and includes two 6-foot fence advertising spaces.
- GCKI Platinum Sponsor - $1,200 per year. A Platinum Sponsor receives the right to store their kart or motorcycle racing trailer at the GCKI facility in a designated location along the pit runner for the calendar year.
- GCKI Diamond Sponsor - $2,500 per year. These sponsors will be recognized for their contributions on the GCKI Website and include Four 6-foot fence advertising spaces.
- All sponsors will have their company logo in all our GCKI membership correspondence, sent out to our 355+ members.
- Company name and logo on the GCKI web site www.racekarts.com with a prominent link to your site for allvisitors to see and visit. The GCKI website is one of the oldest karting websites on the internet. In 2023, thewebsite logged over 47K unique visitors, and over 2,830K page loads.

Gulf Coast Karters welcomes and encourages members and non-members to volunteer to help run our kart racing events. You don't have to race to be involved in kart racing at Gulf Coast Karters. You can be a Corner Worker, Grid Marshall or work the Concessions Stand on race day and get paid for your service to GCKI. You don't have to be a member to serve as a race worker.
