Facility Access for Learning and Development

GCKI facilities are available to master members, associate members, and their supervised guests for educational practice and skill development on non-race days. Our facility serves as a learning laboratory where participants develop racing techniques, safety awareness, and mechanical knowledge under structured guidelines designed to maximize educational value while ensuring safety.

Member Access & Responsibilities:

  • Master members receive RFID proximity cards for facility access and assume educational oversight responsibility for their household's participation
  • Associate members participate under master member supervision as part of our family-centered learning model
  • ONLY member-owned karts are permitted for educational practice sessions
  • Non-members may participate in club-sponsored race day educational events when properly registered and waivered

Guest Educational Participation: On practice days, master members may sponsor guests to participate in our educational programs under direct supervision. The sponsoring member assumes full responsibility for ensuring their guest understands and follows all safety protocols and educational guidelines. Guests may operate member karts only when:

  • The sponsoring master member is present and providing direct supervision
  • Proper liability waivers are completed and placed in the lock box before track access
  • The guest demonstrates understanding of basic safety and track procedures

Anyone found violating this rule will be suspended from the club for a period of one year from the date of the infraction. ALL MEMBERS MUST CARRY ID CARDS FOR VERIFICATION AT ALL TIMES ON GCKI PROPERTY.
